Travel Insurance
Bus Wales is not responsible for arranging personal travel insurance. Passengers are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation, medical costs, loss of money and personal belongings and personal liability. If a passenger has no travel insurance then they agree to indemnify Bus Wales as a result of any losses incurred from being inadequately insured. Passengers travel at their own risk if inadequately insured.
The Tour Service
All vehicles used are maintained in an excellent state of repair, condition and cleanliness. Bus Wales will replace and renew such external and internal parts as necessary to maintain this standard.
All drivers are fully qualified and will endeavour to drive in a reasonable, competent and safe manner at all times, hold the necessary licences, have no criminal convictions and hold the appropriate insurance.
Subject to the above, Bus Wales will not be liable for any costs, claims, demands, liabilities , expenses, damages or losses including without limitation any consequential and indirect losses arising out of or in connection with the provision of the tour.
Any claims arising purely in relation to provision of the tour (i.e. transport) itself shall not in any event exceed the value of the tour service purchased.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Passengers must at all times comply with the reasonable requests of the driver. Failure to do so may result in passengers being required to leave the tour without refund.
Tour route/departures may be subject to change due to weather, traffic conditions, passenger requirements, service improvements or other reasonable reason. No travel times are guaranteed and Bus Wales has the discretion to vary the travel times and structure of the tour service as may be necessary.
Passengers are responsible for their own actions and safety whilst away from the bus/tour service. We are not in any way responsible for the activities/services provided by other businesses and operators.
On occasion, passengers will complete short, simple, self guided one-way walks where they will be collected at the end point. Whilst doing so designated footpaths must be followed and not deviated from. All walks of this nature are on official rights of way. Passengers complete these walks entirely of their own choosing and at their own risk. Passengers can exercise their discretion in not completing these walks and remain with the tour vehicle.
Passengers must observe The Country Code.
